1. General Game Options

Game Name - The title of the room.

Server Selection -

Automatic: Allows you to connect to the nearest server.
Practice: Allows you to practise alone with heroes/items/test options.
Browse: Allows you to manually select a server that you wish to join.

Game Mode -

All Pick: Standard hero selection

(As a new player, you are encouraged to select the ‘All Pick’ mode to start. Explore the advanced game
modes when you are ready to challenge more advance gameplay. More details on the different types of
game modes can be found here!)

Map Selection - A variety of 5v5 and 3v3 maps are available, try out the different types of maps!

Min/Max PSR - PSR can be gained or lost whenever you win or lose a match respectively. Public games
allow you to select the PSR range you would like your opponents and team members to have.

Team Size - Allows you to select the number of players you that desire in a match.

Referees - Allows you to set the desired number of referees in your game. Referees are allowed to kick players, pause a game or un-stick players.

Spectators - Allows you to set the desired number of spectators in your game. Spectators are allowed
to observe the game without interacting with other players.

2. Advanced Game Options include, but is not limited to:

No Hero Repick: Once selected a hero, you are not allowed to repick.
Duplicate Heroes: Allowing duplicate heroes. This option is disabled by default.
No Agi Heroes: Disallow AGI Heroes in that match.
No Intel Heroes: Disallow INT Heroes in that match.
No Str Heroes: Disallow STR Heroes in that match.



1 Basic Information Displays your hero’s level, HP and MP.

2 Displays your hero’s level, HP and MP Displays all of your team member’s hero’s level, HP and MP.

3 Team’s information Displays the game time, your kills, deaths, assists, creep kills as well as the team’s
     total kills and the opponent’s total kills.

4 Vote An option for you to do the following with votes from the players in that match.
Remake the match which will end the match without stats recording. The game must be remade within 7
minutes. Requires both team’s votes.
Concede from the match which requires only your own team member’s votes.
Pause the match which requires both team’s votes.
Kick a player out of the match which requires your team member’s votes.

5 Menu Game options available to disconnect from the game, settings, chat with friends, spectators or
     mentors and to quit the game.

6 Match Leaderboard Displays the basic information of all the participants in that match.

7 Mini map Displays the minimap of the game, enables the option of clicking on the map to move to the  
     selected location, or monitor the flow of the game.

8 Buffs/Debuffs Displays the buffs or debuffs that your hero currently has.

9 Hero Information Displays the basic information of your hero, including attack, defense, movement
     speed, etc. Mouse-over each attributes to get more information.

10 Skills Displays the kills of your hero. Click on the round skill image to add the particular skill.

11 HP/MP Displays your hero’s HP and MP.

12 Gold The amount of gold you gained in that match.

13 Inventory The space allowance to carry the items you purchased

14 Hero Movement Console Options to ‘Hold’, ‘Stop’ & “Attack’ can be found here. When selected the
     box holding the action will be highlighted. Note that ‘Taunt’ is a feature there as well.


1 Simple Hero List Displays the complete hero list with just the symbol of the list of heroes.

2 Detailed Hero List Displays the detailed information with a small symbol and the various attributes
     of the heroes.

3 Usage Stats Displays the usage of the different heroes for the past 7 days.

4 Free Hero List Displays the list of free heroes for the week.

5 Details Displays more details of the particular hero.

6 Guides Displays the available guides of the particular hero.

7 Usage Displays the usage of the particular hero.



- Verified Only An option to distinguish verified and basic players. When chosen, you will only be
     matched with fellow verified players in a Matchmaking session.

- Tour Standing Your status, it can be verified* or basic.
      *Verified status is obtained either by levelling up to Level 5 or after gold purchase.

- MMR Matchmaking Rating determines the range of skill levels that you will be matched with in a
     Matchmaking session.

- Map Selection Option to choose Forest of Caldavar (5v5 with 3 lanes), Grimm’s Crossing (3v3 with
     3 lanes) or Mid Wars (5v5 with 1 lane).

- Game Modes  Normal or Casual with different options (More details on different types of game modes
      can be found here!)
- Restrictive Modes  Taking challenge to the next level! (More details on lockpick mode can be found
      here!)

- Regions   Pick the region nearest to you for optimum latency results.

- Matchmaking modes

Solo Matchmaking - Match yourself with the other players automatically based on your MMR.
Team Matchmaking - Form a team with your friends and be sent to the Matchmaking queue to be
matched up with other players based on the team’s average MMR.

1 Verified Only Customization of your graphics, sound, controls and interface settings.

2 Local Replays The replays which were saved in your local hard disk.

4 Message of the Day Keep yourself updated here with Official Announcements, News and Events!

5 Players Online Displaying the total number of players online across SEA, CIS and NA/EU, mouse-
     over to view the breakdown.


- Search Filter Allows you to search the type of public games with the various search options. Explore
     the different type of options available. Leaving any filter blank will tell the system to leave that option
     open.

- Advanced game options Allows you to search the type of public games with more advanced search
     options.

- Public Games List Displays a list of public games available or the search results. Double click on the
     game to participate in the selected game.


1 Join Click on ‘Join’ to participate in the game, left side is Legion while right is Hellbourne.

2 Add Friend Click on this button to add the selected player as a friend to see him/her online in future.

3 Chat To block or unblock the selected player from your chat.

4 Statistics To check the statistics of the selected player.

5 Lock Allows the host of the room to lock the particular slot to prevent other players from participating.

6 Leaving Allows you to leave the team you have previously chose to participate in.

7 Balance Allows the host of the room to balance the two team’s PSR, the team will be reshuffled and a 
     more balanced team will be distributed to the two sides. Lock can be used here to stop a player from 
     being reshuffled.

8 Disconnect Quit from that particular game completely.

9 Start Game Allows the host of the room to start the game once everyone has clicked ‘Ready’. 


1 Show Winner Displays the winner of the specific match.

2 Basic Information Displays the basic information of the specific match, i.e. Date and time of 
     the match, Match ID, Length of the match, etc.

3 Recent Matches Displays the last 20 matches played, click on each match ID to view the in-
     depth information of the particular match.

4 Players’ Statistics Displays the individual player’s statistics of that match.

Lvl - The level the player has achieved in that match
K/D/A - The number of Kills/Deaths/Assists attained in that match
CK - Creeps Killed
CD - Creeps Denied
XP/Min - Average Experience points earned per minute
GPM - Average Gold earned per minute
APM - Average Actions (Mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, etc) per minute

5 Match ID Allows you to search a particular match statistics using the Match ID of that particular 
     match. You are allowed to search for any matches, including those that you did not participate in.


1 Search Allows you to search for the items in the shop.

2 Filter An option for you to filter items by categories.

3 Hero Guide ON/OFF Display or hide the hero guide.

4 Consumables Displays the list of common consumable items.

5 Categories Items sorted by categories and are accessible by clicking on the relevant category.

6 Transparency Option for you to adjust the transparency of the shop background.

7 Guides Allows you to select the various guides available.

8 Recommended items Displays the list of recommended items by the selected guide creator.

9 Introduction Displays the introduction of the selected guide.

10 Details More information on the guide provided by the guide creator.

11 Skill Tree Recommended skill build of the selected guide.

12 Set as Default Set the selected guide as default guide, next usage of the selected hero will show
     the default guide chosen.

13 Add to Favorites Add the selected guide to your favourite guide list.

14 Popularity Ability to vote a ‘thumbs-up’ or ‘thumbs-down’ of the selected guide.

15 Auto-Level Abilities An option for you to let the system add your skills upon levelling up.

16 Close Exit the shop.
